This morning, transfer to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine (太宰府天満宮), a historic shrine dedicated to the deity of learning. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Umeshu Gura Oyama (梅酒蔵おおやま) where you will enjoy a hands-on experience making umeshu (plum wine) or ume syrup. Next, take a leisurely stroll through the charming streets of Mameda Machi (豆田町), known for its Edo-period architecture. Finally, transfer to hotel for check-in and dinner [Buffet].

Thereafter, visit the historic Kirishima Jingu Shrine (霧島神宮), surrounded by mystical forest and known for its connection to Japanese mythology. Finally, transfer to Kirishima Onsen for hotel check-in and dinner [Japanese Kaiseki]. After breakfast, take a scenic ferry to Yakushima, a UNESCO World Heritage island known for its ancient cedar forests. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch [Flying Fish Hitsumabushi Set] at a local restaurant. Continue on to Yakusugi Museum (屋久杉自然館) to learn about the island’s legendary 1,000-year-old cedar trees. Then, explore the nature trails of Yakusugi Land (屋久杉ランド), where you will walk among towering ancient trees and rich moss-covered landscapes.
