Upon arrival at Matsuyama Airport, begin your journey with a photo stop at the charming Botchan Karakuri Clock (ボッチアンカラクリ時計), where mechanical characters inspired by Natsume
Soseki's famous novel perform throughout the day. Continue to Dogo Onsen Honkan (道後温泉本館), one of Japan's oldest and most iconic bathhouses, said to have a history spanning over 3,000 years. Stroll along Dogo Haikara Shopping Street (道後ハイカラ通り), a lively shopping arcade lined with souvenir shops, cafés and local delicacies. Thereafter, transfer to the hotel for check-in and dinner [Japanese Kaiseki].

After breakfast, ride the Matsuyama Castle Ropeway (松山城ロープウェイ) up to Matsuyama Castle, one of Japan's finest surviving hilltop castles. In the afternoon, visit Sawanotsuru Sake Museum (沢の鶴資料館) to discover the history and craftsmanship behind traditional Japanese sake brewing, with opportunities to learn about the production process and local sake culture. Thereafter, transfer to Osaka and check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the vibrant city, famous for its shopping, entertainment and culinary delights.
