Upon your arrival at Hiroshima Airport, transfer to Hiroshima Castle and Park (広島城). Originally constructed in the late 16th century, the castle was destroyed during the atomic bombing in 1945 and reconstructed in 1958. Today, it houses a museum dedicated to Hiroshima’s samurai history and the castle’s legacy. After, proceed to hotel for check-in and dinner.
Day 3 Hiroshima 広島

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before boarding a ferry to Miyajima where you will visit Itsukushima Shrine (厳島神社), known for its “floating” torii gate that appears to rise from the sea during high tide – a UNESCO World Heritage site and a symbol of Japan’s spiritual heritage. After, transfer back to Hiroshima for lunch at a local restaurant followed by visiting Peace Memorial Park (平和記念公園) and Peace Memorial Museum (広島平和記念資料館), which commemorate the victims of the atomic bomb and promote a message of peace.Finally, transfer back to hotel for dinner.

After breakfast, depart Hiroshima and head to Senkoji Temple (千光寺). Ride the scenic ropeway up Mt. Senkoji and take in sweeping views of the Seto Island Sea. Explore the temple grounds, which offer a peaceful atmosphere and panoramic vistas. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Kurashiki, where you'll stroll through the beautifully preserved Kurashiki Bikan Historical Area (倉敷美観地区), known for its Edo-period architecture, traditional white-walled storehouses and charming canal lined with willow trees. Experience a relaxing Kurashiki River boat ride, then travel to Okayama to visit the Okayama Korakuen Park (岡山後楽園). It is one of Japan’s Three Great Gardens, famed for its spacious lawns, seasonal flowers and scenic views of Okayama Castle. After your visit, transfer to hotel for check in and dinner.
Day 5 Okayama – Shodo Island – Himeji 岡山 – 小豆島 – 姫路

After breakfast at the hotel, board the ferry to Shodo Island, known as Japan’s “Olive Island”. Upon arrival, visit Shodoshima Olive Park (小豆島オリーブ公園), inspired by Mediterranean landscapes and famous for its olive groves and windmill. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Marukin Soy Sauce Museum (マルキン醤油記念館) where you will learn about the island’s rich tradition of soy sauce brewing and taste the difference in artisanal flavours. Return by ferry to Himeji and transfer to hotel for check in and dinner.
Day 6 Himeji – Kobe 姫路 – 神戸

After breakfast at the hotel, depart to visit Himeji Castle (姫路城), Japan’s most iconic and best-preserved feudal-era fortress. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is known for its brillant white exterior and elegant, complex design. Next, explore the adjacent Kokoen Garden (好古園), a beautifully landscaped Japanese garden made up of nine separate walled gardens, each reflecting a different historical theme. After lunch at a local restaurant, enjoy a delightful strawberry picking experience, where you can taste fresh, seasonal strawberries straight from the vine. Continue to Maiko Marine Promenade (舞子海上プロムナード), a scenic walkway suspended beneath the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, offering stunning views of the Seto Inland Sea. In the evening, transfer to hotel for check in and dinner.
Day 7 Kobe – Osaka 神戸 – 大阪

After breakfast, take a ride on the Nunobiki Herb Ropeway (布引ハーブ園ロープウェイ), which ascends Mt. Rokko and offers panoramic views of Kobe. Next, indulge in some shopping at Kobe Sanda Premium Outlet (神戸三田プレミアム・アウトレット), one of the largest outlet malls in the Kansai region. Lunch will be on your own at one of the many food options available within the outlet. In the afternoon, experience a fun and hands-on food sample making activity, where you will craft realistic looking plastic food replicas – a unique and memorable souvenir! After dinner at a local restaurant, proceed to hotel for check-in.
