Upon arrival at Nagoya, coach transfer to Okazaki for a Miso Factory Visit. With over 500 years of miso-making history, you will get to visit one of the oldest and famous miso factories along Hatchokura Street. During which, learn about the special 2 year process of brewing, fermentation and more. For lunch, you will get to try a popular dish made with miso [Miso Pork Sukiyaki Set] at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit Okazaki Park (岡崎公園). A scenic park with beautiful cherry blossoms, tranquil ponds, and walking trails, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Dominating the park’s landscape, Okazaki Castle is a striking example of traditional Japanese architecture. The castle grounds include a moat, stone walls, and the impressive donjon (main tower), which provides panoramic views of the surrounding area. Finally, transfer to Gifu for hotel check in. After breakfast, proceed to Gifu World Rose Garden (ぎふワールドローズガーデン) “Various Flowers”. The garden boasts the largest collection of roses in Japan with over 20,000 roses of 6,000 different species blooming together. In addition, other blossoming beauties include poppies, magnolias, tulips and many more. After lunch [Beef Hamburg Set] at a local restaurant, transfer to Nameless Pond (モネの池). Also aptly known as Monet’s Pond, with water lilies floating on the glass-like turquoise water with Japanese carp, it resembles the works of famous French artist, Claude Monet.After, transfer to Gujo Hachiman for a Food Sample Making Workshop. The realistic food replicas commonly displayed in front of restaurants and cafés across Japan are believed to have originated in Gujo City. Remarkably, approximately 60% of these replicas are still produced in this region today. During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to craft your own replica food item! Finally, transfer to Takayama for hotel check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner [Kaiseki] at the hotel.
Day 4 Takayama – Lake Miboro – Shirakawago – Kaga Onsen 高山 - 御母衣湖 - 白川郷 - 加賀温泉

After breakfast, proceed to Takayama Morning Market (高山朝市). This market has stands that sell local crafts, snacks and farm produce such as vegetables, pickles and flowers. The next destination is Hida Folk Village (飛騨の里). At this open-air museum showcasing traditional architecture from the Hida region, you will participate in a Sarubobo Doll Making Experience. The Sarubobo doll is a traditional good-luck charm unique to the area, believed to ward off misfortune and bring happiness. After that, transfer to Miboro Lake for lunch [Tobanyaki Set]. After lunch, transfer to Shirakawago and stroll around on your own at Shirakawago Village (白川郷). Declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1995, they are famous for their traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses, some of which are more than 250 years old. Finally, transfer to Kanazawa for hotel check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner on your own.
Day 5 Kanazawa – Unazuki Onsen 金沢 - 宇奈月温泉

This morning, visit Kenrokuen Japanese Garden (兼六園)✿, one of Japan’s three most beautiful Japanese garden. Located on the heights of the central part of Kanazawa and next to Kanazawa Castle. The name “Kenrokuen” represents the 6 factors that attribute to the garden’s beauty: spaciousness, tranquility, artifice, water sources and magnificent views. After, proceed to Omicho Market(近江町市場). It has been Kanazawa’s largest fresh food market since the Edo period with over 200 stalls selling local seafood, produce, clothing and more. This afternoon, your lunch will be served at the market [Seafood Rice Bowl]. After lunch, visit Higashi Chaya District (ひがし茶屋街). Renowned for its beautifully preserved wooden teahouses, the district is officially designated as a Japanese cultural asset. Historically, it served as a prominent entertainment area where geisha performed for aristocrats and wealthy merchants. Today, the rich traditions of geisha culture continue to thrive in this charming and historically significant neighborhood. At the end of the day, transfer to Unazuki Onsen for hotel check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner [Buffet] at the hotel.
After breakfast, transfer to Tateyama and start the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (立山黒部アルペンルート). ** whole route approximately about 8 - 9hrs**
Lunch [Chicken Rice Bowl] at a local restaurant. Thereafter, transfer to Kamisuwa for hotel check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner [Japanese Kaiseki] at the hotel.
Day 7 Kamisuwa – Lake Yamanaka – Mishima – Tokyo 上諏訪 - 山中湖 - 三島 - 東京

After breakfast, transfer to Lake Yamanaka Hanano Miyako Park (やまなかこはなのみやここうえん). This scenic park showcases a vibrant array of seasonal flowers throughout the year—beginning with tulips in spring, followed by sunflowers, cosmos, and many others. The fields of blossoms are beautifully complemented by the ever-changing view of Mount Fuji, offering a captivating display of nature’s harmony. Enjoy the refreshing breeze and the picturesque landscape as you take in this serene and colorful setting. After that, transfer to Mishima for lunch [Kinmedai Kamameshi Set] at a local restaurant before continuing to a strawberry orchard for Strawberry Picking Experience which is in season! Finally, transfer to Tokyo city for hotel check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner during your own free & easy time in Tokyo.
