Upon arrival at Nagoya, coach transfer to Okazaki for a Miso Factory Visit. With over 500 years of miso-making history, you will get to visit one of the oldest and famous miso factories along Hatchokura Street. During which, learn about the special 2 year process of brewing, fermentation and more. For lunch, you will get to try a popular dish made with miso [Miso Pork Sukiyaki Set] at a local restaurant. After lunch visit Okazaki Park. A scenic park with beautiful cherry blossoms, tranquil ponds, and walking trails, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Dominating the park’s landscape, Okazaki Castle is a striking example of traditional Japanese architecture. The castle grounds include a moat, stone walls, and the impressive donjon (main tower), which provides panoramic views of the surrounding area. Thereafter, transfer to Inuyama and board the Kiso River Cruise (木曽川巡航) ✿. On board, you will see the grand Inuyama Castle, captivating cherry tree lined banks and quaint bridges. Finally, transfer to Gifu for hotel check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner [Japanese Kaiseki] at the hotel restaurant.

This morning, start with a visit to Yoro Falls ✿, a stunning cascade of water surrounded by verdant forest that creates a tranquil atmosphere perfect for nature enthusiasts. Then, proceed to Monet’s Pond, a serene spot where floating water lilies and colorful koi fish mirror the artistry of Claude Monet's famous paintings, offering a picturesque and calming experience. Finish the day with a hands-on sample-making experience, where you'll have the opportunity to craft your own unique creations, immersing yourself in a local artisanal tradition. After lunch [Grilled Chicken "Keichan"], continue your journey to Nameless Pond (モネの池). Also aptly known as Monet’s Pond, with water lilies floating on the glass-like turquoise water with Japanese carp, it resembles the works of famous French artist, Claude Monet. Thereafter, transfer to Gujo Hachiman and enjoy a hands-on Sample-Making Experience, where you can create your own artisanal pieces. Finally, transfer to Takayama for hotel check-in and enjoy a [Japanese Kaiseki] at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed to Takayama Morning Market (高山朝市). This market has stands that sell local crafts, snacks and farm produce such as vegetables, pickles and flowers. The next destination is Takayama Old Town (高山の古い町並み). The Takayama old town has been beautifully preserved with many buildings and whole streets of houses dating from the Edo Period. Today, you can enjoy a Chopsticks Making Experience and take your creations home as souvenirs. After that, transfer to Lake Miboro for lunch [Tobanyaki Set]. After lunch, we will have a photo stop at Shokawa Sakura (荘川桜公園)✿. There are 2 cherry trees that are over 500 years old that have been transplanted from the shores of Miboro Lake where the dam was built. During the planning of the construction of the dam, researchers deemed that these trees were going to be submerged in the bottom of the river, which led to the large-scale transplantation project. Thereafter, transfer to Shirakawago and stroll around on your own at Shirakawago Village (白川郷). Declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1995, they are famous for their traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses, some of which are more than 250 years old. Finally, transfer to KagaOnsen for hotel check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner [Japanese Kaiseki] at the hotel.

Start your day by exploring Kenrokuen Japanese Garden (兼六園)✿, one of Japan’s three most beautiful Japanese garden. Located on the heights of the central part of Kanazawa and next to Kanazawa Castle. The name “Kenrokuen” represents the 6 factors that attribute to the garden’s beauty: spaciousness, tranquility, artifice, water sources and magnificent views. Next, visit Omicho Market(近江町市場). It has been Kanazawa’s largest fresh food market since the Edo period with over 200 stalls selling local seafood, produce, clothing and more. This afternoon, your lunch will be served at the market [Kaisendon]. After lunch, wander through the historic Higashi Chayagai District, famous for its traditional tea houses and preserved Edo-era architecture. Finally, transfer to Unazuki Onsen for hotel check-in and enjoy a [buffet] at the hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Tateyama and start the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (立山黒部アルペンルート). ** whole route approximately about 8 - 9hrs** Lunch [Chicken Rice Bowl] at a local restaurant. Thereafter, transfer to Kamisuwa for hotel check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner [Japanese Kaiseki] at the hotel.

This morning, transfer to Lake Saiko and visit Fuji Shibazakura Festival (富士芝桜まつり)✿. It is a festival of flowers, “moss phlox” bloom in an expansive site at the base of Mt. Fuji. Next, the strawberry orchard is waiting for you! Enjoy Strawberry Picking (30min) which is in season! After that, transfer to Tokyo city for hotel check in. Lunch and dinner is on your won during your own free & easy time in Tokyo.
