Continue to Kuju Winery (久住ワイナリー), where you can discover locally produced wines while enjoying the scenic surroundings of the Kuju Highlands. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Umeshugura Oyama (梅酒蔵おおやま), a distillery specialising in plum wine made from locally grown ume fruits. Here, enjoy Plum Wine/Syrup Making Experience, learning about the traditional preparation of this Japanese specialty. Afterwards, transfer to Beppu for hotel check-in and dinner.
