The Ise – Kumano – Wakayama Area Tourist Pass is a special discounted pass available only to foreign travellers visiting Japan under the entry status of “Temporary visitor”. Visitors can use this pass to travel from Nagoya to as far as Kushimoto. It is valid on five consecutive calendar days of your choice. This pass can be used on the JR Limited Express trains to and from Nagoya, within Osaka city, Nara and on designated bus routes and railways convenient for visiting Ise/Toba area. On top of that, rental bicycles “Ekirin Kun” services can also be use at Wakayama station, Kiitanabe and Shirahama station.

- Eligible for foreign tourist entering in Japan as a "Temporay Visitor" for sight-seeing, and has a passport(issued by a foreign government) stamped with status under “Temporary Visitor”.
- Please note that according to strict interpretation of the Japanese Immigration Law, “Temporary visitor” status differs even from other types of stays that are also for only short time periods.
- Japanese passport holders can NOT use this pass. (May require to present passport and documents for verification purpose)
- ONLY allowed for original Exchange Orders which have not activated are allowed for refund within 12 months from the issuance date. Exchange order is totally non-refundable once exchanged and used.
The refund process will take approximately 2 months or more to be completed.
To exchange date of the pass, once the pass has been obtained, can no longer be changed.

Fukuchiyama Station Ticket Office, daily from 4:30AM to 10PM
Shin-Osaka Station, daily from 5:30AM to 11:30PM
Osaka Station, daily from 5:30AM to 11PM
Kansai Airport Station Ticket Office, daily from 5:30AM to 11PM

The pass is valid for:
- JR Lines (Ise Railway)
Unlimited travel on non-reserved seating for JR conventional lines, Ise Tetsudo limited express, express, rapid, and local trains running between:
Nagoya station and within Osaka City (Kansai line, Kisei line, Hanwa line)
- Hineno station and Kansai-airport station (Kansai Airport line)
- Taki station and Toba station (Sangu line)
- Kameyama station and within Osaka city area (Kansai line)
- Kizu station and within Osaka city area (Katamachi line)
- Kyuhoji station and within Osaka city area (Osaka Higashi line)
- Otori station and Higashi-Hagoromo station (Hanwa line)
- Wakayama station and Wakayamashi station (Kisei line)
- Kawarada station and Tsu station (Ise Railway)
- Wakayama Electric railway - between Wakayama station and Kishi station
Mie Kotsu Buses:
Geku-Naiku line, Ise/Futami/Toba Excursion Bus "CAN Bus", Owase station-Washige, Owase station-Segiyama-Kumano Kodo Center, Kumanoshi station-Senmaida and Tori-toge pass entrance
Kumano Gobo Nankai Bus:

“Ekirin-kun”:
Wakayama station, Kii-Tanabe station, Shirahama station (rental is only available for age 12 years and above.)
- No additional fee is required when reserving seats for ordinary trains of JR conventional lines(up to 4 times only). * It exclude limited express train “HARUKA”.
- Non-reserved Ordinary cars can be accessed freely.
- Unavailable seats due to full occupancy shall not be subject to refunds.
- It is a personal pass. Make sure to bring your passport when using the Pass as station and train staff may check it.
- The starting date of the rail pass and the duration cannot be changed after purchasing.
- Adult / Child rail pass holder can accompany up to 2 infants (1-5 years old) for free.
- The infants from the third one will require Child's rail passes for each.
- Babies aged under 1 year old can be accompanied for free.
- Child's rail passes will be required for each infant in the following situations:
*When accompanied infants use Reserved seats by themselves
*When infants travel by themselves
